Get Cooperation, not Competition
Your business has a number of resources – people who help to make your clients happy, keep your numbers accurate, and provide the materials or labor you need to make your products.
Sometimes these are employees, other times they are a collection of outside resources, but usually it's a mixture of both. Keeping these people on the same page and working toward the same goal can be a difficult task, and often business owners have more headaches than they need in this area.
Clearly define workflows between groups to show what you need from each resource. Make your meetings effective, efficient and useful. Foster cooperation with a culture of trust and collaboration. Your employees and resources want the efficiency; your business needs it.
